1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Hide My Emulator, the HME License companion app and the hidemyemulator.com website (together, the "Service"), provided by [Company legal name]. By installing or using the Service you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. What the Service does
Hide My Emulator is an LSPosed module that changes what apps you place in its scope read about the device they run on, so an Android emulator presents itself as one coherent real device. It requires a rooted emulator with the LSPosed framework.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on emulators you own or are authorized to use, for as long as your subscription is active.
- Do not redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where the law allows.
- Do not bypass, disable or interfere with the license check between Hide My Emulator and HME License.
- Do not share one subscription across people or Google accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the Service. Use it only where doing so is lawful and consistent with the terms of the apps and services you run inside the emulator. We do not encourage or endorse any use that breaks the law or another party's terms, and we may suspend access for such use.
5. Subscription and billing
- Premium is a monthly subscription purchased through Google Play inside HME License. The price is shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Price changes are announced through Google Play in advance and apply from the next renewal.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy and Google Play's refund rules.
6. Compatibility
The Service is developed and tested on the Android Studio emulator. Other emulators, Android versions or apps may behave differently, and updates to Android, LSPosed or third-party apps may temporarily affect functionality. We work to restore compatibility but do not guarantee it for every configuration.
7. No detection guarantee
Hide My Emulator masks the signals that on-device checks read. It cannot control server-side systems, and no tool can guarantee that an app or service will never recognise an emulator. You accept that outcomes with any specific app are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund on their own.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, text and marks, belongs to [Company legal name] and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or actions taken by third parties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel the subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms; in that case no refund is owed for the remaining period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Before starting any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve a dispute informally by contacting support@hidemyemulator.com.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
