Who builds it
Hide My Emulator is built and maintained by Woware, a solo Android developer. There is no company behind it, no investors and no support desk: the person who writes the code answers the emails.
Woware also makes Hide My Android, the sister product for real rooted phones. The two share one idea, making a device look like the device an app expects, but they are separate apps built for different setups.
How it is tested
Releases are tested on LDPlayer, BlueStacks, MuMu, Nox, MEmu and the Android Studio emulator before they ship. The final check is always the same: a detector app placed in the module's scope has to report a real phone instead of the emulator, and no root or LSPosed either.
When an Android update, a new LSPosed build or a popular app changes what it checks, the module is updated to match. Updates are announced on Telegram.
What it does, and what it does not
The module changes what the apps you pick read about the device, on the device. It has no accounts, sends nothing to us, and the website keeps nothing beyond standard server logs. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
No tool can promise that every service will never recognise an emulator, because some services decide on their own servers with signals we cannot see. What the module handles is the part you can control: one consistent device story across everything an app can check locally.
